All you'll ever need for that business meeting, conference or corporate day away from the office can be found in the tranquil setting of Lakeside Lodge.

The Colne Room is our smallest meeting room and it is ideal for interviews and groups of up to 12 people and our largest meeting room, the Woodhurst Room, will accommodate up to 100 people theatre style. Click on the ‘Conference Booklet’ below for full details and hire prices of our five Conference Rooms. A Data Projector can be hired for £40 per day. Please be aware that all of the conference rooms are on either the 1st or 2nd floor and whilst we do now have a stair lift, there are no disabled facilities on these floors.

Team building events are a popular and effective way to improve the cohesion and rapport within your team and we have the facilities for two popular activities that can form a part of your day.

• Ten Pin Bowling adds an element of fun after a hard day in the conference room! We have 4 full-size bowling lanes each holding 8 players comfortably, with prices starting from as little as £4.25 per player per game including shoe hire.

• The Par 3 Pitch and Putt Course is ideal for those who have never used a golf club or indeed established golfers and a round takes about an hour to play. We offer special group packages which, if you wish, can include a group lesson. You don’t need specialised clothing or shoes (just a pair of trainers) and we can provide you with all the equipment you need.

Both activities can be added to your conference booking so that you can choose your bowling or tee-off times in advance. If golf or bowling aren’t to your liking, or you you’d like to be a little more adventurous … our large and spacious complex can cater to a number of activities. We will be happy to quote for laser clay pigeon shooting, target shooting or archery using a local, professional Corporate Entertainment Company.

The Conference Booklet shows all the catering options to suit your budget and meeting Itinerary and your meals will be served in either our Restaurant or Green Room on the ground floor.

Do you need overnight accommodation? No problem! We have 64 en-suite bedrooms with tea/coffee making facilities, televisions and either twin or double and single beds. What’s more most of these rooms are in our popular and attractive 2-storey Alpine style lodges.

We have free parking for over 250 cars and easy access to the business and commercial centres of East Anglia.
