Golf Lessons and Coaching with Andy Fletcher.

No matter at what level you play – beginner, intermediate or advance – you will never stop learning. Lakeside Lodge Golf Academy is the ideal place to either begin your golfing journey, or develop your game with some of the best facilities for golf lessons in Cambridgeshire.

We offer a complete range of golf lessons, from superb individual lessons lasting 30 or 60 minutes, to friendly group lessons lasting one hour per week over a four or six-week period. There is a common misconception that you can be too old, too young or be unsuitable to have golf lessons and these are all incorrect. Regardless of your situation, we are sure you will be able to take benefit from golf lessons at Lakeside Lodge.

Individual golf lessons can be taken at a number of on-site locations. Our indoor golf suite is perfect for golf lessons during the winter months whilst the driving range is ideal for lessons in summer when the weather is better. The putting green is great for implementing technical learnings in a game situation. All lessons can be taken with a friend and there are discounts for package bookings.

As well as offering individual golf lessons that focus on improving the technical aspect of your golfing game, we also offer on-course playing lessons to help with your game management. You can enjoy six or nine-hole playing lessons at great prices. Our development programmes are very popular and allow you to combine on-the-course lessons with individual lessons. If this is of interest to you, please speak to our head professional Andy Fletcher.

Our group golf lessons are an excellent way to learn and play golf, and also offer the opportunity to make a new circle of friends. Delivered over a four or six-week period, prices start at £49.99 per person and cover all aspects of the game. Junior lessons and one-off MOT assessments are also available.

Andy Fletcher – Head Golf Professional

Andy Fletcher is the head teaching professional at Lakeside Lodge and has been a fully qualified PGA professional since 2002. His dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic teaching methods have been a huge asset since joining the Lakeside Lodge team in 2006.

After only a short time giving golf lessons in Cambridgeshire, Andy soon realised that coaching was his future and he has proved to be a very popular tutor in all aspects of coaching from beginners to professionals alike. He has vast experience in helping and improving the skills of men, ladies and juniors either individually or as part of group coaching sessions.

He is constantly updating his skills with the latest teaching methods by attending PGA Development & Coaching Seminars and has been educated by many of the country's top coaches. It is these experiences that have helped to shape his own unique approach to coaching.

Andy is convinced that all players can improve at any time during their golf playing years. His tuition methods follow no strict routine, being instead tailored to the individual's specific requirements in order to get real results out on the course.
