Visitors

Visitors are always welcome

We welcome visitors without the requirement of a handicap or membership at another club, but all players must be fully aware of the etiquette and rules of golf. You should be able to keep up with the speed of play and must have your own clubs to play on the 18 hole course. Please see the required dress code below.

Book up to 7 days in advance

Visitors may book tee times up to 7 days in advance either by booking online or by calling the Golf Shop on 01487 740540. Whilst not essential we do always recommend booking in advance on weekends as we do offer early bird discount for tee offs before 07:00. Booking is required for this discount to apply.

Weekend Peak (7am-12:30pm) £42.00
Weekend Off Peak Before 7am & after 12:30pm) £34.00
Weekday Peak £33.00
Weekday Off Peak £27.00 (after 2pm)

It is not necessary to pre-book the Par 3 Pitch and Putt Course, but we do recommend checking availability as it can become busy during the summer months.
Par 3 Pitch & Putt £6.00 per person
Club Hire £2.00 per person

Golf Dress Code for Par 3 Pitch and Putt and the Main 18 Hole Lodge Course

Golf Shoes or Trainers can be worn on the Par 3 Pitch and Putt Course, other than that there is no formal dress code but we ask that you play in a reasonable standard of dress and also note the following dress code below for the Main 18 Hole Lodge Course. Please check with the Pro Shop on arrival if you are unsure of the correct Dress Code.
Only recognised golf shoes may be worn on the golf course.
Tailored trousers or appropriate length tailored shorts. Jeans and tracksuit bottoms are banned.
Only tailored shorts and skorts are allowed and socks must be worn with shorts/skorts.
Men - Shirts must have a collar and sleeves, or be of recognisable golf design, and tucked in at the waist.
Women - Golf dresses or sleeveless shirts with a collar, or be of a recognisable golf design.
No Hi-Vis is allowed
*The Management, Director of Golf or any of his Assistants reserve the right to deny play to anyone they believe to be not dressed suitably. We appreciate that golfing fashion is changing and many of the major brands are now producing clothing which contradicts some established golfing dress code.
