Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment has been paid.
A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the booking. If you have reserved 7 or more tee times the deposit will be due 6 weeks in advance but will become non-refundable from 2 weeks.
Pre-booked meals can be made organised in advance. Anything cancelled within 48 hours of the booking will be charged in full.
We always ask all customers to please avoid slow play, with your first players aiming to complete the 1st 9 holes in 2 hours or less. Following groups are asked to keep up with the group in front.
Handicap Certificates are not required to but ask players to observe the dress code*, course etiquette and the rules of golf.
Alcohol is strictly not allowed on the course and only food & drink purchases from the Clubhouse can be consumed on the complex.
We are a family orientated club so any players or guests heard using foul language or being abusive will be asked to leave the complex immediately and barred from future visits.
We have a flexible dress code of smart/casual in The Clubhouse. On the course, only shirts with collars are permitted with recognized golf trousers and shoes being worn. Jeans and Tracksuits are not allowed. Shorts must be tailored and worn with socks. If in doubt, please contact the Golf Shop on 01487 740540 (Option 1)
